Welcome to my enchanting online realm. I am Katie, the Founder, Creator, and Managing Director of Katie Carey Media LTD, an Independent Publisher of Soulful Valley Publishing, and a Global Top 0.5% Podcast Host of the Soulfulvalley Podcast. I am also a mother, grandmother, and a soul-driven individual who aims to lead the way by educating others through my books and podcast episodes.
My passions lay in promoting mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical wellbeing, and I firmly believe that enhancing our emotional intelligence is the secret to living a happy, fulfilling life, regardless of our circumstances. I am fully convinced that we all possess the power to make positive changes in our lives when we take radical responsibility for our actions and our behaviour.
Having overcome a lifetime of trauma, I have spent over a decade educating myself on psychological matters, running an alternative Mental Health Charity for almost seven years and coaching private clients. As a spiritual entrepreneur with unique abilities, I am committed to making a meaningful difference in the world.
I have a story of true inspiration to share with you.
In May of 2017, I was forced to retire due to physical disabilities. But did I let that stop me? No! Instead, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and self-improvement. With the help of the Open University, I completed a self-funded degree just two months later in July. In September 2017, I won the Educational Spirit of Corby Award, and in October of that same year, I graduated with a BSc Open Degree, specialising in Social Psychology, The Science of The Mind in Mental Health, Challenging Ideas in Mental Health, Counselling and Psychotherapy, and so much more. I also became a coach in Mindfulness, Mindful Nutrition, Mindful Mental Health, and holistic therapies, including becoming a Reiki Master, EFT Practitioner, Crystal Healing expert, and more recently, a Compassion Key, Moonology certified practitioner and a Lightbringer/Lightweb Priestess Coach and Healer.
Today, I offer One to One Mentorship for Spiritual Business Owners, coaching and guiding them to create a Solo Book as an integral part of their business branding.
I also provide Mentorship for Business Owners who yearn to have a publishing element within their business, whether it's training you to publish your own books or collaborating on a multi-author or solo books.
My microminds and masterminds mentoring sessions are designed to inspire and guide spiritual entrepreneurs, and I am proud to be an advocate for those with disabilities.
