YOU ARE EITHER:
* Purchasing one chapter in one multi-author book, OR
* Purchasing a solo book group program or one on one package
which includes, grammatical editing, formatting, front, rear and spine cover design, best seller rank on Amazon, and the rights to distribute your chapter or your solo book as you choose.

You are purchasing this in your business capacity and guaranteeing the purchase as an individual.

These terms of service document are the entire agreement between us. These terms of service overrides any and all prior discussions, emails, online or voice messages.

What happens after you pay:
Our preferred secure payment processor is Zettle. You will receive a receipt for your records shortly after purchase. Please allow 24-48 hours for communication from Katie Carey / Soulful Valley Publishing House with what we require for your chapter and bio and headshot. Ongoing instructions shall be sent via email, fb group or messenger.

We reserve the right to delay communication if technical difficulties arise.

Refunds:
These services have a no refunds policy.

By completing this purchase, I acknowledge and agree not to initiate a chargeback.

(In the event of a serious life issue occurring – you will be credited towards a future chapter or towards your solo book) or you could transfer your place to someone else, if they meet the criteria for a book.

I agree that failure to complete my chapter or book according to deadlines set by Soulful Valley Publishing House do not warrant a refund.

Payment:
All multi-author book payments are made in full at the start of the project unless a special agreement has been made.

I agree that I will provide necessary information for my chapter or book and bio and head and shoulder photograph to Katie Carey / Soulful Valley Publishing House by the deadlines date specified in the private Facebook group.

I understand that failure to submit my chapter, book bio and photograph by the due date specified will result in my chapter no longer being included in the multi-author book OR my solo book launch not proceeding, and no refund will be given.

I am granting to Katie Carey and Soulful Valley Publishing House and co-authors the non-exclusive rights to print, publish, distribute and sell my chapter as part of the book throughout the world in all languages.

I am granting to Katie Carey and the Soulful Valley Publishing House the right to use my name, likeness, biographical information, and full and / or excerpt of my chapter with full attribution to me in the promotion of the book in both digital and printed format.

Multi Author Book – only
I understand that the digital, kindle and print version of the book sold through Amazon containing my chapter is for Katie Carey and the Soulful Valley Publishing House only.

I understand I will receive no royalties from the sales of the digital, kindle or print version of the book sold on Amazon and that the proceeds of any Multi Author Book will go to a designated charity that Katie Carey / Soulful Valley will arrange.  

I understand I cannot make changes to the cover, the manuscript, book description or price.

I understand I can only publish and sell on the platform that Katie Carey and the Soulful Valley Publishing House have given me permission to publish on.

Solo Book

I understand that the digital, kindle and print version of the book sold through Amazon containing my solo book is for Katie Carey and the Soulful Valley Publishing House only.

I can publish on other platforms at my own expense or with Katie Carey and / or the Soulful Valley Publishing House if I pay a fee for this service.

I understand I will receive 100% of all royalties from the sales of the digital, kindle or print version of the book sold on Amazon.

I understand I contribute to the cover, the manuscript, book description and price. I understand this is a collaborative process with Katie Carey and / or the Soulful Valley Publishing House and that I will work collaboratively on the project.

I understand that to Katie Carey and the Soulful Valley Publishing House are not making any guarantees as to how many books will be sold, but only that the book will rank on at least one Amazon Best Seller list within 30 days of release.

I understand that I am joining this program with the intention of selling service and products and not for making money from book sales.

I understand that there is no guarantee for how long the book will rank as a best seller, but I will receive graphics for marketing purposes.

I understand I will be asked to participate in the promotion of the book when it is released on Amazon.

I understand that I own the copyright for my solo book.

I understand that no paperback copies are included in the program but can be purchased from Amazon at the price they advertise.
